In this beginner level workshop, Gent Glas will collaborate with Nerdlab to cover not only basic glass techniques but also the artistic possibilities of visuals and sound! Together, we will create an installation of contemporary art that can be exhibited during the Mutation Festival 2019 (Bring Your Own Beamer) and an exhibition at Gent Glas.
We meet every Tuesday evening (19h-22h) in October and November. There is a materials and subscription fee of €150 to cover the costs associated with the glass making process.
Registration deadline is September 24th. Places are limited. Priority goes to participants under the age of 30, though the workshop is open to all ages.
For cancellations, notice must be given at least one week in advance.
