RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Returns and refunds are available within 7 calendar days of receiving your purchase. Please contact us with return request along with your order number. All items must be returned in original packaging and customer is responsible for shipping. Refunds are issued after return of glass and can take 5-10 business days to process. 

Returns and Refunds are not available on bespoke items.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive damaged items from shipping, please contact us immediately with your order number and the explanation of the damages. We may request photo documentation of the packaging and damage for our records. We will send out a replacement as soon as possible and may request the item to be shipped back to us at our expense.

 

WORKSHOP CANCELLATION POLICIES

Cancellation and Rescheduling – Workshop reservations may be cancelled or rescheduled without penalty so long as the request is communicated to Gent Glas via email at least seven calendar days prior to the scheduled workshop. If reservations must be cancelled or rescheduled after the seven day window, 50% of the workshop price will be refunded if communicated via email at least two days before the reserved workshop. If the cancellation is made within two days of the scheduled workshop, the amount will not be refunded. If for any reason the scheduled workshop is cancelled due to Gent Glas’ ability to provide the service, the client will receive a full refund of the workshop reservation.
